Sam Lorenz is a Division I swimmer and sprint specialist competing for the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. A 2024 USA Swimming National Junior Team member and Olympic Trials qualifier, Samhas established himself as one of the top emerging sprinters in the country.
At the collegiate level, Sam has competed at the NCAA Championships, earned Big Ten All Freshman Team honors, and holds school records at Milwaukee. His experience spans the full national development pipeline, from USA Swimming’s elite junior ranks to high-pressure NCAA championship racing.
Sam is passionate about sharing what it takes to perform at the highest level of the sport. From training and technique to race strategy, confidence, and mindset, and enjoys working with swimmers of all ages through clinics, camps, and speaking engagements.
