AJ Pouch is an American competitive swimmer specializing in breaststroke events. Known for his steady rise through the national ranks and his relentless drive for improvement, Pouch has established himself as one of the top U.S. breaststrokers in recent years.

Throughout his early career, Pouch focused on continuous improvement, striving each day to be faster than the last. As he progressed, the college recruiting process opened his eyes to the broader possibilities within the sport, inspiring him to pursue swimming at the highest level. He committed to Virginia Tech, where he trained under world-renowned coach Sergio Lopez Miro. There, Pouch developed not only as an elite athlete but also as a leader and role model, embracing opportunities to inspire the next generation of swimmers.

Recognized for his strength in the 200-meter breaststroke, powerful racing strategy, and dedication to growth both in and out of the water, Pouch continues to compete on the national and international stage while representing the United States.
