#ITTC Thursdays – Core Compression System
It's Time to Conquer Thursdays! Follow along every Thursday for the next few weeks as we focus on a different feature of the new VICI Technical Racing Suit every week.
We're all taught that what's on the inside is more important than what's on the outside. Well, we don't know about MORE important, but with VICI the inside is definitely AS important as the outside. The Core Compression System (CCS) is VICI's internal structure and it is integral to VICI's overall design.
CCS works with the Fastwater surface to reduce drag on the surface of the suit. Its primary function is to compress three main areas of resistance: chest, core, and legs/hips. You can see how the internal suit structure breaks in the chest, across the core, and near the legs, and the purpose of this is to create compression but also allow for natural movement, and not only that, but it doesn't restrict movements. The CCS structure facilitates ideal body position and performance at top speeds.
