 Here are 5 tips to gain a competitive edge this season: 

  1. Focus on Technique: Perfecting your form is key. A small adjustment can make a huge difference in the pool. Try incorporating a training snorkel into your practice to improve your body position maximize stroke efficiency. 
  2. Use the Right Equipment: Gear up with performance-driven equipment that enhances your strengths and supports your goals. Our Power Chute and Paddles (Fusion and Power) are great tools to level-up your training.
  3. Train the Tempo: If you want to swim fast on race day, you need to train the tempo. Incorporate sprint sets and speed play into your training to build your fast twitch muscles and explosive power. Our Swift Kick Fins are ideal for increasing speed and tempo in longer sets.
  4. Take Care of Your Body: Don’t forget that in order to reach (and exceed) your racing goals, your body needs to be operating at its best.
